After graduating from the University of Richmond in 1965 I spent 3 years in the US Navy. Afterwards I joined the flexible packaging division of Reynolds Metals Company, and spent the remainder of my career in various locations from San Francisco to New Jersey with several companies in the packaging industry. Upon retirement in 2003 we moved from Cincinnati to beautiful Savannah, GA. We enjoy golf, tennis, travel, and hosting visits from our many friends and relatives.

In 2019 we moved to Greer (Greenville), SC, and are enjoying our new home immensely. We are closer to family, and away from the path of the hurricanes that
were increasing in frequency. We have found upstate South Carolina to be a wonderful place to live.

Hi, Birch. You probably don't remember me, ( I was only at TJ for 2 years) but I was looking through the yearbook recently, and noticed that we were both in the Key Club picture.
I looked up your profile to see what you've been doing , and found that you were at McGuire Woods, where my brother-in-law ( John Graham) spent his career. I married Nancy Haslam, sister of Cindy Graham in 1996. Also, my sister Mary Jane also worked there for a while.
John tells me that your fathers were in the same college fraternity. What a small world!
